Are you a temp agency?
No. We are a commercial construction subcontractor that provides labor and cleaning services on a short-term and long-term basis.
Are you a union or non-union company?
We are an open-shop, merit-based company. We also service prevailing wage projects.
What geographical areas do you service?
We work in all of Massachusetts and Rhode Island, as well as southern New Hampshire and northern Connecticut. We also have the ability to mobilize and travel outside of this area, when necessary.
What types of construction sites do you work on?
We work on all types of new construction and fit-ups, including apartment buildings, office space, schools, labs, assisted living, retail, hospitality, pharmaceutical, and multi-family. Whether you need one person for a day or several people for months, no job is too big or too small.
What are your labor rates?
We recently reduced our general labor hourly rate. Please email us at estimating@timesaverscorp.com for more info. Our final cleaning services can be priced out on either a contract or time-and-material basis.
Do you have insurance?
Yes. We understand the insurance complexities in construction and are able to meet most, if not all, general contractor insurance requirements. Coverages include general liability, workers’ compensation, automobile liability, umbrella liability, additional insured, and waiver of subrogation. We are also experienced in all aspects of Owner Controlled Insurance Programs (OCIP).
Are your employees legally authorized to work in the United States?
Yes. We are Form I-9 compliant and we E-Verify all of our employees.
